TGIHUB offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the hosting fees. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and does not apply to renewals.

Please note that domain registrations are a non-refundable purchase as domain names are unique and registered specifically for you.
For eligible hosting plans, if you cancel after the 30-day money-back guarantee period but before the end of your billing cycle, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion of your hosting service. Prorated refunds are provided at our discretion and are only available for annual or longer billing cycles.
If you experienced downtime or service issues that are covered by our Service Level Agreement, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in the SLA. These credits are applied to future billing cycles and are not provided as cash refunds.
