• Acknowledge that we own all rights to our hosting platform, infrastructure, and proprietary tools

6. Service Level Agreement

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we have specific guarantees outlined in our Service Level Agreement. However, we cannot guarantee:

• Protection from all possible types of cyber attacks
• That your website code will function error-free
• Zero maintenance periods (though we schedule them to minimize disruption)

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your service if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Host illegal content or engage in activities that threaten our infrastructure

If your service is terminated, you will be given 30 days to download your data unless the termination is due to illegal activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

TGIHUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months prior to the claim.

9. Backups and Data Loss

While we maintain regular backups of our servers, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your website and data. We are not responsible for data loss due to your actions, third-party actions, or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend implementing your own backup solution in addition to any backups we may provide.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through our website or email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
